How it works

Four steps. You only do the last one.

From onboarding call to recruiter replies in your inbox — here's the whole process.

Step 1

Share your profile

Upload your resume and set your filters: target titles, salary floor, locations, visa needs. One 15-minute call and you're done.

Step 2

Your assistant shortlists roles

Every day they pull matching openings from job boards and company career pages. Approve each batch — or switch on autopilot.

Step 3

Applications go out, receipts come in

Every ATS question answered with your real background. Every submission logged with a screenshot and timestamp you can audit.

Step 4

You take the interviews

Recruiter replies land in your inbox. You spend your energy on interview prep — not on the 200 forms it took to get there.

Why humans

Auto-apply bots get silently rejected. Humans don't.

ATS platforms flag bulk-apply extensions and bin those applications before a recruiter ever sees them. NextRound assistants apply the way you would — one form at a time, with answers written from your actual experience. That's why our applications get read.

Results

They stopped filling forms. Then the offers came.

I was doing 10 applications a night after work and burning out. My assistant did 47 in the first week — with screenshots of every single one. I only opened my laptop for interviews.
Dmitry K. · Senior Backend Engineer
Offer in 5 weeks · 312 applications
The receipts are what sold me. I could see exactly which roles went out each day, and the ATS answers were better than what I'd been writing myself at 1am.
Priya S. · Product Manager

Laid off in March, offer signed in June. I did the interviews and the prep; NextRound did literally everything else. Best $349 of the whole search.

FAQ

Fair questions

Who actually applies to the jobs?

A trained human assistant — not a bot. Auto-apply browser extensions get flagged and silently rejected by ATS spam filters. Your assistant fills every form by hand, answers screening questions with your real background, and attaches the right resume version every time.

How do you know which jobs to apply to?

You set the filters in a 15-minute onboarding: titles, seniority, salary floor, locations, visa needs, companies to avoid. Your assistant builds a shortlist daily. You can approve each batch, or turn on autopilot and just watch the receipts come in.

What do I need to hand over?

Your resume and preferences. If applying through your accounts on job boards, you share access through a credential vault — never in plain text — and can revoke it anytime. Many clients simply have us apply through company career pages, which needs no login at all.

Is this allowed?

Yes. You're the applicant — the answers, resume, and experience are all yours. An assistant typing the form for you is no different from a staffing agency or a career coach submitting on your behalf, which recruiters see every day.

How fast do you start?

Within 24 hours of checkout you get the onboarding form; applications start the same week. A Sprint 500 typically completes in about four weeks.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If we haven't started submitting your applications yet, you get a full refund — no questions. After that, we refund the unused portion of your pack, pro-rata.

The next 200 applications don't have to be your problem.

Your assistant can start tomorrow. You just show up to the interviews.
